Shades of Grey Movie release date moved to Valentines Day 2015

It’s official. The troubled 50 Shades of Grey movie will not be shown as expected on August 1st 2014. Sadly, the movie’s release date will now not be until Valentine’s Day weekend of 2015. How disappointing for fans that this movie which has been dogged with problems and late casting announcements.

The movie fifty Shades , which stars Irish actor, Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson as Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele, has been what can only be described as fraught with problems. The much-awaited announcement came on September 2nd of this year that Charlie Hunnam and Dakota Johnson would play the leads after months of speculation. From there, outraged fans launched a petition to raise opposition to this casting. Then at the end of September, Charlie Hunnam withdrew from the citing scheduling clashes (although we are yet to establish that as the truth and we may never know) and the race was on to find a replacement. Dakota Johnson has remained loyal to the movie and stood back as Jamie Dornan was announced as Charlie’s replacement.

Rumor is rife with Universal denying that the release date has been pushed back due to the hole caused by Charlie’s withdrawal from the role. Filming was due to start in Vancouver at the beginning of this month, however, that was announced as we reported as being pushed back to December.

As much of the popularity of the books is global, fans are going to be yet again disappointed at this news. With over 80,000 signatures on a petition after the announcement of Charlie playing the main male lead, there has been one setback after another. This latest one is not going to do anything for disgruntled fans.

Staying Alive movie is based on a true story of a journalist. Anant Mahadewan plays the role of the journalist Aditya. Saurabh Shukla is portraying Shaukat Ali, an underworld kingpin. The story centres on the life experiences of these two people. The journalist is admitted to Intensive cardiac care at a hospital owing to his third heart attack. At the hospital, he meets Shaukat Ali on the neighboring bed. Shaukat is a person who loves Kebabs, and this love has leaded him to his first heart attack. Aditya has already gone through the trauma while Shaukat is petrified by the illness. The both are treated in the hospital at the adjacent beds. In the mean time, both the persons share a lot of their lifes experiences. Shaukat learns from his neighbour and resolves to lead a healthy and happy life. He even changes his profession in the pursuit of happiness.

The movie was shot exclusively in Mumbai with most of the shots portraying a hospital ward. It was made with artistic touch narrating a social story with a social message. Student Of The Year Movie With Three New Faces

Karan Johar, who made Kuch Kuch Hota Hai and Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham is back with his new venture Student of the year movie. This movie is all set to rock the nation with its storyline and music. Karan Johar announced this venture just after the finish of his Shahrukh starrer flick My name is Khan. Shooting for this movie started in August 2011 and is expected to be released till the mid of 2012. This movie has its shooting schedules out of Mumbai and the most important locations would be Dehradun and Shimla. Though the shoots of Dehradun are over and the cast and crew are shooting in Shimla now.

The Student of the year movie is the first movie in Karan Johars direction without starring Shahrukh khan. This movie has three new faces, Varun Dhawan, son of director David Dhawan, Alia Bhatt, the 17 year old daughter of Mahesh Bhatt and Siddhartha Malhotra. The two names i.e. Siddhartha Malhotra and Varun Dhawan were assistant directors under Karan Johar during the making of My name is Khan. The three debutants cannot expect for a better luck and opportunity as they are being directed by Karan Johar. Karan Johar and Shahrukh Khan are jointly producing this movie; hence the movie has two banners, Red Chillies Entertainment and Dharma Productions. The Student of the year movie also features Rishi Kapoor, Ronit Roy and Kitu Gidwani. Rishi Kapoor will be seen playing the role of a Gay in the movie. The movie also has special appearances of Shahrukh Khan and Kajol to inflate the Student of the year rating. Vishal Shekhar will be taking care of the sound tracks and would like to deliver some of the magical chartbusters of the coming year.

Power Movie Has Lots Of Star Power

Power movie is speculated as the costliest movie made in India. This movie has lot of power in terms of star cast, performance, story and direction. The movie has a huge star cast, which ensures lots of power packed performances from the lead actors. This film was announced in September 2010 and shooting is in processing. The movie is slated for release in August, next year. Raj Kumar Santoshi is directing this film and Feroz Nadiadwala is producing it under the banner of base industries group. Anand Raj Anand is delivering the melody of music and Tinnu Verma is associated with the action sequences. The shooting for this flick will be completed exclusively in India, Muscat and Dubai. Owing to its huge star cast, Power ratings are already surging from the date of its announcement.

Power movie has some of the biggest names of Bollywood, portraying different characters. The most prominent names in the movie are Amitabh Bachchan, Ajay Devgan, Sanjay Dutt, Anil Kapoor, Kangana Ranaut, Ameesha Patel, Anooradha Patel, Lekha Washington and Emraan Hashmi. In the movie, Ameesha Patel will play Sanjay dutt”s wife and Lekha Washington will be Devgan”s pair. Anuradha Patel will play wife of Amitabh and Lekha will play the role of his daughter. Kangana Ranaut and Emraan Hashmi will be paired against each other. The director has already worked with mega star Amitabh and Ajay Devgan in “Khakhi”. In recent times, there are many films with such a huge star cast.

Though, the story is not very much clear, but there are speculations that Anil Kapoor will be playing a negative role in the film. The character played by Anil will be called “Balraj” and will have bald looks. It is also speculated that the looks of Amitabh Bachchan will also be morphed. With beard and scarf around his neck, Big B will appear in a new “Avatar”. It will be interesting to watch how the looks of the other stars are portrayed by the film makers.

On the parts of story, some of the tabloids and magazines claim that it is about the “Power” of truth and anger. It is about avenge for pain and injustice occurred to “Neha” by the evil “Balraj”. The leader of the group would be Amitabh and will lead the team in the mission. Anil Kapoor has not been featured in any film with Ajay Devgan and all the actors in the movie are expected to relish their power packed performances. It is quite clear that the expected Power reviews and Power ratings will describe this movie as one of the biggest blockbusters of the year. The fact will be clear only after the release of this movie, whether it fulfills the expectations of the public or not.
